RSI Reconditioned Office Systems

Buyer beware. United College Marketing Services worked with RSI Reconditioned Office Systems once for a purchase of $7,000 at UCMS in Scottsdale on 7150 E Camelback Road. UCMS referred Moneyformail.com (at their office on Indian School Rd) and RSI failed to meet expectations of furniture quality, mislead Moneyformail.com about the inventory that was to be delivered.

Moneyformail.com, Inc of Palo Alto CA never accepted delivery of the shoddy used furniture after agreeing to actual pieces to be delivered (which never were accepted).

RSI in turn, used a previously signed agreement with UCMS as proof of Moneyformail.com's acceptance of non-accpeted furniture.

If you have to to work with RSI, Reconditioned Office Systems, we recommend that
- You refuse the mandatory arbitration clause in the contract.
- You photograph and document the used furniture you select in their facility as that may not be the same furniture that gets delivered.

Best of luck. There are great deals when buying used and refurbished office furniture. RSI Reconditioned Office Systems is just an organization that yes is public, but isn't more reputable than other Phoenix based office used office furniture dealers
