Sunday night supper club... once a
month or bimonthly...
What started off as an impromptu gathering of close
friends soon grew to friends of friends… Since Sunday
night is in that transitional time from weekend to kicking
off your week, people come to supper club to share in
a dining experience that combines creativity in cuisine,
partaking in palate pleasing and sometimes sharing of
song (with enough wine, some will sing). The following
is a smattering of Sunday night supper club formats:
PLANNING...
- pot luck sometimes
- pre negotiated "meal
deal" at restaurants looking to spur business. Food
is appx $10-15.
- guest chefs to do cooking
demos
- leverage great houses
in Bay Area (have to go on a cause aa4a that justifies
why we come in and storm a person house)
- progressive dinner (different
rooms different themes)
- creative cuisine themes
